I feel that there is a challenge in both situations. Its nice to be able to write and have time to think about how to phrase and what you are going to say. The more you think about it the more meaningful it may become as you have time to reminisce old memories and things that were important or meaningful to you. Things that made an impact. Which is I advantage I suppose. But at the same time, it may be more meaningful in the manner that it is being told directly to them. However with that, I feel like it would be hard to try and sit there and tell someone just how much every single thing means. Possibly getting at a loss of words or becoming too emotional to go on. There is just difficulty with both. Its never easy telling someone how you feel even if its all good things. As humans I feel that it is hard to put ourselves out there.

I feel that writing it was easier to write it because I could tell the person that is my hero how they became my hero and what what they have done to deserve being called my hero. It would be hard for me to say it in person because I do have trouble explaining things to a lot of people so I felt it was easier to just write it

it's easier to write it out so you can think about what you are saying and you can also avoid emotional stuff cause that is beat
